These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set forth the terms and conditions that govern your use of the website and any delivered content ("SBM"). To become a subscriber to the SBM, you must use your web store account and comply with the web store's requirements.

 

By subscribing and downloading SBM, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time by making such updated Terms available through the website. We may, at any time, modify or discontinue the SBM or content delivered through website, subject to providing you a refund for any prepaid but yet unfilled subscription deliveries. We may also, at any time, modify or waive fees relating to the SBM and subscriptions or offer promotional opportunities to only some users of the SBM.

 

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your subscription would end both your subscription and the automatic renewal of your subscription. Whenever you cancel your subscription, it will expire at the end of the current subscription month.

 

Your Account

By opening an account, you do not acquire any proprietary interest in the account, which shall be owned, and under the control of SBM. You agree to take reasonable measures to protect your account's security and any password you use to access the account. You will be responsible for all charges and activity taking place under your account unless and until you notify SBM of a breach in the account's security. 

 

Intellectual Property

All content distributed by SBM is the exclusive intellectual property of SBM and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcasted, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purposes whatsoever, other than through your use of the SBM for your or your child's or children's personal enjoyment.

 

Subscription Terms

Each subscription will allow you to download the SBM.

 

Your subscription for the SBM may start with a free trial period. The promotional period is as specified. Unless you opt-out and cancel before the end of your promotional trial, the SBM web store will charge your credit card on file at the end of the free trial period. Please see web store guidelines for more information on how subscriptions work. Any free trial offer may only be redeemed once per user or device.

 

When you sign up for a subscription, you may be offered a choice of subscription plan and period, which will begin at the end of your trial period. Your subscription will renew automatically on this same day.

 

Suppose you do not cancel the SBM subscription, in that case, you will continue to be charged based on the payment information you submitted and will be charged automatically at the subscription service rate for the subscription period. We will continue to bill your payment method monthly, as the subscription will automatically renew until you cancel your subscription.

 

Updating Payment Information

In the event SBM cannot charge the payment card listed in your account, we reserve the right to end your subscription. Suppose you are enrolled in an auto-renewing subscription, in that case, you must update your payment card information promptly to keep your account current, complete, and accurate (e.g., for changes in your payment card number, billing address, or expiration date). Changes to such information can be made through your login account. Suppose your payment card information is not current, complete, and accurate and you do not notify us promptly when such information changes, or we cannot update such information through our vendors, in that case, your subscription may be suspended or ended.

 

Cancelling Automatic Renewal

After the purchase of a subscription, you may discontinue the automatic renewal feature at any time during that subscription period by adjusting your subscription settings in accordance with the web store procedures.

Updates and Maintenance

At any time, SBM may be under no obligation to update the website to provide for different functionality, fix glitches, or provide for compatibility with new or updated operating systems. In such an event, you may need to download the update to ensure continued use.

 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

SBM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE DELIVERY AND FUNCTIONALITY OF THE CONTENT AND USE OF THE DELIVERED CONTENT, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE SBM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN, PAY FOR AND MAINTAIN ANY DEVICES, INTERNET ACCESS, HARDWARE, OR SOFTWARE NECESSARY TO DOWNLOAD THE CONTENT.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL SBM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE CONTENT EXCEED ANY AMOUNTS THAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE APP AND ANY SUBSCRIPTION.

Refunds/Cancellations 

Returns: 

Downloadable e-products such as Sparkle Buds Magazine are not eligible for refunds. 

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards/Complimentary Gift items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted/credited to your account.

Sale items (if applicable): 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Only replace items (like complimentary gift items) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sparklebudsfun@gmail.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable/non-reimbursable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend that you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
