In March 2020, when the world had closed its doors to safeguard itself from the Covid-19 virus, at my nest, a team of little angels, aged eight years, six years, and two years, was fighting boredom. They had no clue as to why everything has stopped. Why are they trapped in-house? And how long will it take to open the front door and run outside to play with their nearby friends?
To keep children engaged and cater to their emotional & educational needs, a seasoned teacher & a lecturer, Robin, created Sparkle Buds, a monthly magazine for children ages 4 to 12. She filled it with stories, adventures, brainteasers, and, of course, the favourite of all Space Case. It reflected Robin's philosophy that children become their "best selves" by using their creativity and imagination, developing their reading, thinking, and reasoning skills, and learning to treat others with respect, kindness, and sensitivity.
Since then, the Sparkle Buds brand has grown into a diverse and dynamic product for kids of all ages. Today we have monthly magazines specializing in ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, Dyspraxia and much more specialized learning. Our wholesome, fun brand extends to games and life skills. Sparkle Buds not only reaches across multiple platforms but also spans the globe. Sparkle Buds products are now available in 35 countries.
